Mansur Gavriel offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original dust bags and boxes, ensuring all tags remain attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a return shipping fee.
